A few days ago, 2017/02/24, VMware released vCenter Server 6.0 Update 3 and ESXi 6.0 Update 3. Both vCenter Server 6.0 U3 and ESXi 6.0 U3 now includes upport for TLS v 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2.
